The Pre-Sale Evaluation consists of a walk through of the home in it’s entirety. Recommendations are made to highlight the homes features or address any problems areas.
We also offer our Hands-On Staging services to those “home-sellers” who need assistants arranging furnishing and décor’ to create a cohesive visual impact to appeal to the widest array of potential buyers.
Vacant Staging is provided to our clients who have un-occupied properties. Bringing in just the right amount of furniture and accessories will create an emotional connection for potential buyers.

Interior Redesign
Redesign is the extremely popular and fun concept of using your existing furnishings, artwork and accessories to create a new look and feel for your home. The transformation begins with a clean slate, an empty room. This allows a fresh perspective of the space.
Step two of the Redesign determines furniture placement that will best suite your home and your lifestyle. Next, we will “shop” your home for treasures that belong in your new design. Then if additional pieces are needed to complete the redesign we will provide a list of recommendations.

Color Consulting
Millions of homeowners love color but are afraid to use it. It’s a fact that 40% of all paint purchases are due to a previous color mistake. As a certified color consultant I can assist you in choosing just the right color so that your home is an all about "YOU" place to be.
Using a scientifically validated color coordinator and color test you pick the colors that offer the self–expression you long to achieve. For your reference you are provided with color chips and the recommended paint finishes enabling you to complete your project to satisfaction.

Services fees
- Consultaions - $150 for a generous two hour consultation
- Hands-On Staging or Redesign services start at $150 for a 2 hour minimum, of course each project is unique in design and time requirements vary, each additional hour is priced at $75.
- Vacant Staging is priced per project.
